Documents and Visas
Many international visitors to Canada require an Entry Visa. In some cases international visitors may need to apply for a temporary resident's visa in order to obtain an entry visa. The Government of Canada website provides a comprehensive list of countries whose citizens require special entry documents. Their website also gives contact information for all Canadian Embassies and Government representatives around the world. You may need to travel to one of these embassies to apply for an entry visa or temporary resident's visa. Please consult your nearest embassy as soon as possible to arrange for an interview.

Medical Insurance
Only Canadian citizens are covered by the Canadian Health Care System. For international visitors requiring medical attention, the costs can be very expensive. Please be sure to purchase medical insurance before you visit.
