Registration for the IODA Canada 2007 Conference

Registration fees include all meals from Wednesday August 22nd breakfast to Friday August 24th Gala Dinner. Registration does not include accommodation. Accommodation should be booked separately through the Delta Sun Peaks Resort IODA Conference website. You may also call the Delta Sun Peaks direct at 1 866 552 5516 to book your room. Be sure to say that you are part of the IODA Canada Conference in order to get the Conference rates.

Those people who register before May 31st will be eligible to win a free trip on the fabulous Whistler Mountaineer Rail tour to travel from Vancouver to Whistler, B.C., the site of the 2010 Winter Olympics. ** Accompanying person who is not attending as a Conference participant. A separate cultural and social program is planned for those adult family members. Some of the activities are suitable for children as well and are complimentary.

Cancellation Policy:

Those who cancel before June 30, 2007, will receive a full refund minus a $50 handling fee. After June 30, those who cancel will receive no refund, but another person can be substituted.
